If your model's part is out of stock, we contact you the same day your device arrives with the expected timeline — you can wait for the part or take a full refund and have your device shipped back at no cost.
Every repair carries a 90-day warranty on the parts we installed and our labor, starting the day your device ships back. The warranty does not cover new physical damage, liquid damage, or issues unrelated to the repair performed. Warranty claims ship both ways on us.
